Print Shop Payment & Shipping Options

Payment Options:

At this time there are two options for payment in our print shop:

1. Securely by PayPal/Credit Card (you do not need a PayPal account to use this option, just select 'Pay Without PayPal Account' once directed to the secure PayPal site). The advantage of PayPal over paying with a Credit Card directly on our site is significant for a small, independent shop like ours. PayPal has stringent security in place (details here) and even though the transaction fees are a bit higher (for us, not you) we save on overall costs associated with security and PCI compliance. We personally make weekly purchases using PayPal and have done so without incident or error for more than ten years.

2. Securely by Bank Transfer (eTransfer) through your financial instituion. You have likely used this method already in your everyday banking. Some institutions charge a small fee but the savings in time and materials over conventional methods (like cheques) are more than worth it. If you've never used eTransfer before, you'll find instructions from your financial institution when logged into your account. We provide instructions as well in the completion of your transaction through our shop at checkout.

Shipping Options/Processing Times:

When making a purchase in our online shop, you'll see options for shipping via Canada Post and/or UPS, depending on your shipping address. If you have a rush order or specific deadline, it's a good idea to contact us prior to purchase, to ensure processing and delivery can achieve this. Prints only (without any mounting requirements) ship in 24-48 hours Mon-Fri. Prints with mounting options selected/purchased ship in 7-10 business days. Transit times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive an email once your order has shipped along with a tracking number.
