Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging

Contact Us for return address to send the product in its original packaging.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from LinkAge Photo.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. When you receive your order, please check the package over thoroughly and note any damages on the shippers waybill. If there is damage to the package, please contact us immediately as any damages must be reported within 14 days of shipment date. Take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping package it arrived in. The photos can be attached at the bottom of the form on our contact page. Do not throw out the damaged product or any packaging until we notify you via email.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
